• wrangler pages project create hex-scratch --production-branch=main created the Pages project.
• wrangler pages deploy /tmp/hex-publish/hex-scratch --project-name=hex-scratch --branch=main --commit-dirty=true pushed the build.
• Verified with curl -sI https://hex-scratch.pages.dev.

Throwaway scratch project — safe to delete from the Cloudflare dashboard.
